Although a work in progress, The Classroom Equity Project is designed to develop a process where faculty can develop project proposals with guidance and oversight to promote equity within their classes.
In a team effort, we built webite to examine Unsolved Murders in America since 1979. I was responsible for the web design, including images and color scheme, as well as the HTML and CSS coding.
Using a variety of libraries, data was cleaned, read into python, broken down, analyzed and visualized. Although the we often want to understand the data, usually a visualization of the outcomes is more consumer friendly. Projects with python included: Academy of Py, an example of school district analysis; PyFinance, a financial analysis; The Power of Plots, an visualization of data; and What's the Weather Like?, a deeper dive into weather patterns and visualization.
The Belly Button Biodiversity Dashboard uses Flask to design an API for a given dataset on belly button bacteria. This interactive dashboard was deployed through Heroku.

Oversee development and ITS interfacing for six student lab locations with more than 500 thin client/cloud-based machines.
Implemented and piloted iPad-based math courses as a part-time employee through the development of interactive student technology. Teaching experience in both mathematics and history.
